The UK Head of People Data & Analytics has specific responsibility for ensuring design, implementation and monitoring of key components of the overall People strategy. The role leads the People Data agenda, ensuring:

Objectives & Key Deliverables


• As designer of the People Data & Analytics strategy the role holder will ensure it meets business requirements, the people strategy and provides a differentiated offering from our competitors
• Ensure the design and delivery of the people data strategy integrates with the other areas of the People function i.e. Reward, Performance, Inclusion & Diversity, Talent and Recruitment.
• Engage with the business and HRLT to facilitate the provision of analytical advice that is relevant and critical to strategic decision-making
• Generating data from multiple sources that is easily consumable and actionable and communicating your findings in clear business language, and across various channels
• Leading a small DI team, providing leadership and clear direction

The Role:

We are currently looking for qualified Accountants at Assistant Manager Level to join our growing middle market audit practice based Scotland. We have offices in Glasgow, Edinburgh and Aberdeen of which applicants can be based in either one of these locations.


The audits of SSE plc, Scottish Power, Scottish Water and Standard Life are all carried out locally, alongside other public sector work, property & construction and retail amongst many other sectors. Role & Responsibilities


Key responsibilities include;
Planning and project managing all aspects of audits;
Leading teams on the ground and reporting directly to the manager and partner on a day to day basis and budgeting and monitoring the financial performance of projects with a key focus on optimising profitability.
You should demonstrate a practical knowledge of UK GAAP and IFRS and have an awareness of the requirements of New UK GAAP (FRS 101 and FRS 102). US GAAP would also be a bonus but is not required.
