Join KPMG ServiceNow Practice as a Business Development Manager and help drive the growth of a rapidly expanding ServiceNow consulting business across the UK and Switzerland. As a ServiceNow Solution Architect you will be responsible for leading delivery of ServiceNow based solutions across client projects. You must analyse new business requirements and their correct technical implementation solutions using industry best practices. You will work closely with client engagement leads, ServiceNow architects, connected service teams, project managers, business analysts, developers and testers to guide the design through to implementation and beyond whilst ensuring KPMG risk and quality standards are adhered to. 

Enterprise Hybrid Cloud Platform Architect (Advisory) – Senior Manager – National Security

Important - due to the nature of the work, it is essential for applicants to hold current 'National Security Vetting’ aligned to a UK National Security organisation.

KPMG’s AI & Platform Engineering practice helps clients transform the way they deliver the technology underpinnings of their businesses. We work with the UK’s largest and most complex organisations to:

• Develop strategies for the adoption and exploitation of modern platform technologies – both in the cloud and on-premises.
• Build the operating models, architectures and capabilities to deliver value from cloud and hybrid platforms.
• Help clients operate their platform estates effectively and cost-efficiently over the long term.

We need Hybrid Platform Architects that are comfortable providing advice and delivering to C-suite leaders and senior client technologists across our whole client base but, in particular, this role will be aligned to our well-established National Security team.

The successful candidate will be expected to:
•    Developing lasting client relationships and actively building a network and range of experience to help address client needs 
•    Provide compelling and well thought out solutions to problems of moderate complexity Experience of implementing at least one module of the relevant cloud platform with Oracle, so you can bring your learnings to the client about what did (or didn’t!) work •    Leading client facing meetings and facilitation of workshops with larger groups of client teams 
•    Lead an offshore team to design, configure and test a module or process area to successful deployment for a client Developing end to end solutions using the best of good industry practise combined with understanding the optionality available within the product. 
•    Liaise with stakeholders across Powered HR, cross collaborating with other teams across Powered HR, ensuring opportunities are shared and explored to maximise our offering to clients.
•    Be a role model to the wider team by showcasing our values and principles, leading from the front and by example.
•    Assisting with goal development and coaching of staff to enable the growth of the junior management team within our practice.

You will be responsible for helping KPMG to clarify client problems and assist the development of logical and implementable solutions to those problems through robust analysis.
