In order to support the growth of our capabilities within the CO&I FS Operations team, we are currently looking to recruit Senior Managers who can make a significant contribution by combining an understanding of the Insurance, Wealth, Pensions & Retail Investments industry with transformation, reorganisation and optimisation capabilities.
Description of Role
You will be playing a crucial role in helping to drive growth in the Insurance, Wealth, Pensions and Retail Investments sector by:
- Working closely with the Insurance, Wealth, Pensions and Retail Investments leadership team to drive growth in the consulting practice, you will be responsible for the delivery of consulting assignments and managed services to a range of firms, predominantly Insurers, Wealth Managers, Life and Pensions companies, platform businesses, IFA Networks and firms that provide support and outsource services to the Wealth Management industry.
- Leading & delivering consulting engagements for Insurance, Wealth, Pensions and Retail Investment clients, as well as supporting the wider Insurance, Wealth, Pensions and Retail Investments Consulting team.
- Being responsible for identifying opportunities and developing relationships with clients. You will leverage and develop your own network as well as developing relationships with clients to understand their issues and, from that, develop solutions and add value.
- Actively supporting our people strategy through coaching and development of team members and acting as a Performance Manager for several people.
