We help financial services organisations – Banks, Insurance companies, FMIs, Wealth and Asset managers,  and Fintechs – to change and adapt to the environment in which they operate.  Changes may be driven by decisions to digitise, to streamline, to pivot, to respond to new regulation or to harness the benefits of analytics or new technology.   Or they may be driven by acquisition or disposal.  Whatever the reason, our clients are continually re-designing parts of the organisation, and that’s where we come in.   We are looking for experienced consultants who can lead Change and Organisation Design workstreams on complex, business critical programmes.  We expect the consultant to be able to scope, price and design our approach for a particular client (with support from a Partner or Director), and then to lead delivery of this work, including managing teams of more junior consultants.   Many of our projects are multi-disciplinary, and you will be expected to work and collaborate with colleagues from other service lines such as technology, finance, customer or analytics.    We expect the successful applicant to have the following technical skills

Reporting to the Marketing Director, Global Advisory, the candidate will be a key member of the global KPMG Advisory marketing team focusing primarily on the marketing of our Deal Advisory practice. 

 

Role Summary

 

This complex and diverse role is responsible for leading the global marketing that will position KPMG strongly in the Deal Advisory marketplace. Within a fast pace and competitive market the role includes development of the necessary marketing plans, assets and toolkits for the KPMG member firms to activate, including global thought leadership studies and solutions campaigns for demand generation.   


The candidate  will work with colleagues in sector and functional marketing teams to promote our capabilities and support revenue generation. This individual will have one direct report supporting the DA agenda.

 

The Marketing Director, Global Deal Advisory will be part of the Deal Advisory leadership team and collaborate and build consensus with numerous stakeholders – including working closely with deal advisory leadership, and global and member firm marketing and communications teams, subject matter experts, and key third parties.

The role of the SAP S/4 HANA Finance Enterprise Architect is to develop the UK Firm’s technology strategy for Finance and Engagement Management domain and translate this into a roadmap that determines our investment priorities and transformation portfolio. The technology strategy needs to promote a seamless, end-to-end customer and employee experience by enabling the efficient creation and modification of effective and reusable technology components. In particular, the strategy should promote the use of modern, Cloud-based technologies; support typical Finance use cases; challenge the business strategy based on emerging and future technology trends; and establish a catalogue that supports the reuse of new technology components, whilst targeting legacy applications and technology for decommissioning.
