THE ROLE


Successful candidates will be expected to undertake these activities as part of their job role:-


- Scoping, resourcing and project management of multiple Change Management workstreams within a complex transformation programme
- Management of a team of consultants, between 2-5 people, to deliver project activities, likely to include a mix of onshore and offshore team members
- Leading the development of assets to support the delivery of Change Management interventions, as scoped with the client
- Accountable for project hygiene items such as delivery against budget, billing and fees, and scope management
- Providing specialist and technical Change Management input and review of others’ inputs in the design and development of project deliverables
- Coaching clients and colleagues on the importance of effective Change Management and executing interventions with confidence
- Contribution to the conversion of Change Management sales and business development by preparing proposal documentation and presenting as part of competitive teams at orals.

REQUIRED QUALIFCATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE


Successful candidates must be able to demonstrate first-hand experience in designing and delivering the following Change Management analysis and interventions :


- Stakeholder analysis, engagement and management tactics
- Case for change agreement and leadership alignment
- Communication and engagement strategy, planning and delivery

Role Description:

We are seeking a skilled individual with experience in delivering system change management programmes in the Banking sector, including client engagements ranging from small organisational changes to large scale transformational programmes, specifically:

• Make it Known – including: case for change, culture assessment, stakeholder analysis, change risk assessment, comms and engagement strategy
• Make it Real – including: change impact assessment, training needs analysis, change leadership, change approach and plan
• Make it Happen – including: business readiness assessment, drive change interventions and organisational alignment, measure change

The successful candidate will be expected to:


• Project manage client work and/or manage a single workstream within a more complex change programme
• Lead a small team of consultants, likely to include a mix of onshore and offshore team members
• Work closely with the client project manager and team members to successfully deliver project outcomes
• Provide specialist and technical input and review of others’ inputs in the design and development of change management project deliverables
• Contribute behavioural change management initiatives in P&C/Banking sector. This may include working with key account teams to scope opportunities or help to develop proposals to meet client requirements

Required Skills:

• Communications – experience and expertise in stakeholder management, engagement and communication skills, both in writing and orally
• Cultural change – experience in cultural diagnostic, design and implementation of cultural change programmes (understanding and articulating the key drivers of cultural change)
• Organisational performance management - helped organisations to minimise underperformance during the change through the design and delivery of a variety of interventions
• Sector knowledge – in depth knowledge of the Banking sector and the challenges faced by these institutions / organisations and demonstrate strong commercial acumen

We are seeking a talented individual with experience leading the delivery of HR Transformation. This includes: HR Strategy, HR Operating Models, Process Design, Governance, and Technology. We are looking for a new Senior Manager who can help drive our continued growth and focus on public and private sector clients in the aerospace and defence industry.

The successful candidate must have experience across all of the following areas:

• HR Assessments: Running HR Assessments which review the current operating environment with the objective to identify issues and opportunities for improvement

The Person


We are looking for someone who is a natural team player with a strong focus and flair for people development and team leadership.

We are looking for someone who either holds, or has held UK government security clearance in the recent past to work within the aerospace and defence sector, in order to start work with these clients on their sites as soon as possible.

Candidates should have established themselves in the market place as credible HR Transformation delivery leads.

Qualifications such as CIPD, Occupational psychology, MBA, or Prince2 would be beneficial but not essential
