Role summary

We are seeking a Salesforce Presales Architect to join our global KDN presales team. This role supports the growing pipeline of Salesforce-enabled opportunities across the firm, helping to design solution architectures, deliver tailored demos, and collaborate with pursuit teams to win new business. You'll work closely with our lead Salesforce architect and play a pivotal role in scaling our response capacity while helping to evolve the way we deliver client-specific Salesforce content.

 

How will you make your mark?

  • Support Salesforce presales opportunities in various stages (discovery, demo, architecture design) 
  • Collaborate with pursuit teams to shape Salesforce-based solutions aligned to Powered, Connected, and client-specific needs
  • Design and deliver tailored demos across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and integrated Salesforce offerings 
  • Work with KDN Demo Factory to create and maintain reusable assets
  • Participate in client workshops to understand business challenges and translate them into Salesforce capabilities
  • Contribute to presales materials including solution overviews, architecture diagrams, and value propositions
  • Work alongside the lead architect to campaign our Salesforce capabilities to member firms Mentor junior presales talent as needed 

This is the job for you if you have

  • Proven and extensive experience with Salesforce platform architecture, ideally across multiple clouds
  • Strong understanding of solution design, Salesforce best practices, and integration patterns
  • Demonstrated experience in presales, client engagement, and technical storytelling
  • Experience delivering demos and proposals in mid-to-large enterprise settings
  • Ability to translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Application Architect, System Architect, Sales/Service Cloud Consultant)
  • Industry knowledge in areas such as Financial Services, Healthcare, or Public Sector
  • Experience working in a global delivery or shared services model
