The Role

We’re looking for a dynamic professional to lead strategic stakeholder engagement and drive adoption of key initiatives across global member firms. This role is pivotal in shaping how KDN Tax & Legal solutions are embraced and embedded within regional and firm-level transformation efforts.

This role is pivotal in driving the adoption of KPMG’s global tax solutions across key markets and supporting transformation initiatives within our client-facing practices.

You’ll act as the primary liaison between KDN and regional leadership, helping to align business goals, manage change, and ensure successful delivery of services such as corporate income tax, indirect tax compliance, and transfer pricing.

Success in this role requires exceptional stakeholder management capabilities, with the ability to navigate complex organisational dynamics, build trust, and influence outcomes across a wide array of senior stakeholders. The ideal candidate will bring experience with managing change at clients, and an outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.

This role demands strategic agility, cultural sensitivity, and a proactive mindset to drive alignment and sustained impact across the global network.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the Head of KDN Tax & Legal and the Stakeholder Management team to design and implement tailored adoption strategies for member firms or regions, ensuring alignment with broader transformation goals.
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with member firm stakeholders, acting as a strategic advisor to understand their priorities and challenges, and co-develop impactful solutions.
  • Create and maintain compelling stakeholder communications that deliver clarity, consistency, and resonance across diverse audiences.
  • Lead complex change initiatives in collaboration with senior KDN leaders, ensuring stakeholder alignment and sustained engagement throughout the journey.
  • Identify and engage key influencers across the global Tax & Legal ecosystem, leveraging insights to enhance strategic impact and drive adoption.
  • Develop and deliver targeted training and communications that support change readiness and stakeholder empowerment.
  • Facilitate strategic workshops and alignment sessions to surface insights, foster collaboration, and accelerate implementation.
  • Monitor adoption progress using data-driven insights, continuously refining strategies to maximise effectiveness.
  • Proactively assess and mitigate risks—financial, operational, and compliance—associated with the KDN Tax & Legal roadmap, ensuring stakeholder awareness and involvement.
  • Evaluate the success of adoption initiatives through stakeholder feedback and performance metrics, providing actionable recommendations to senior leadership.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in a client-facing Tax & Legal role, in a professional services or consulting environment. 
  • Strong communication (spoken and PowerPoint) and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders. 
  • Proven success in managing complex change initiatives. 
  • Understanding of change management principles and stakeholder engagement strategies. 
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across global teams. 
  • Structured, agile approach to problem-solving and decision-making. 
  • Project management experience: familiarity with shared services or outsourcing is a plus.
