People Consulting Overview:
People Consulting is an integral part of KPMG’s Management Consultancy practice and a growing part of our business. This team help to transform the performance of organisations by changing the way people are led, managed and developed. We do this by focusing on two key areas – delivering the people agenda on large scale, complex, transformational change programmes and transforming the HR function.

Role Description:
We are seeking talented Senior Managers with experience in people centric large scale Organisation Transformation who bring experience, insight, and energy to drive complex change programmes- ranging from target Operating Model Transformation programmes Change – including ERP and digital led change, Global Business Services/Shared Services transformations, Customer, Strategy led change, and cost reduction programmes. This role will sit within our People Centric Transformation capability.
We are specifically looking for individuals who have the end to end breadth of culture and change management, organisation design/redesign, and people transition planning to help our trusted clients realise their business outcomes. Individuals must have experience of end to end programmes - starting with change strategy development, leadership alignment, change planning, organisation design, through to full change implementation (people transition, culture and behaviour change, learning).
We are looking for a leader and influencer in this space who can help grow our people led change practice at KPMG. This role will be critical to design, deliver and successfully deliver complex people change programmes and support diverse client bases that operate globally, across an enterprise and/or multiple functions (front, middle and back-office) and sectors.
The successful candidate will be expected to:
• Work closely with FTSE 100 clients primarily across a diverse set of corporate clients, for example Energy, FMCG, Telco, Pharma, Life Sciences, and Media
• Lead complex people centric projects and transformation workstreams with a team of consultants, to drive business change, integrating across large multi-disciplinary program teams and providing leadership on the people side of the solution/ implementation.
• Build and shape relationships with clients on a daily basis
• Support in generating new client opportunities by leveraging your deep behavioural change expertise expertise and network
• Take a lead role in continuing to innovate our Behavioural Change Management & People Centric Transformation proposition, tools and assets
• Take a lead in knowledge sharing and developing skills internally across our team
• Be a career coach for consultants helping them to develop and progress their careers
Required Skills and Qualifications:
You will have proven experience in helping clients to shape and deliver their technology enabled transformation programmes solutions including a range of:
• Change Strategy & plan
• Stakeholder Management – strategic assessments, intervention planning
• Leadership Alignment – with experience of aligning business and technology leaders
• Culture change
• Change impact assessments
• Behavioural Science
• Design thinking
• Delivering change – through engaging adoption campaigns, communications, change networks, learning & development interventions
• Macro and micro organisation design
• Business readiness assessments
• People transition management – employee relations, consultation planning & communications across multiple countries and knowledge transfer.
• Deployment– including sequencing, local team preparation, people and change impact assessments, and localisation
• Measuring change
• Understanding of change management tools
• Have ‘core consulting’ experience in developing proposals, managing teams and project risks, influencing upwards both internally and externally, and leading through complexity and ambiguity.
