The Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Manager to join our growing ERP Advisory team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and delivering ERP transformation programmes for our clients, helping them to optimise their business processes and achieve their strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on ERP strategy, vendor selection, and implementation best practices
• Lead and manage ERP implementation projects, ensuring successful delivery within budget and timeline
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
• Manage and mentor a team of ERP consultants
• Contribute to the development of KPMG's ERP advisory capabilities and thought leadership
• Stay up-to-date with the latest ERP trends and technologies
• Support business development activities, including proposal writing and client presentations.

Skills and Experience:

• Strong understanding of the ERP market and vendor landscape
• Experience with one or more ERP solutions (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Infor, IFS, Sage etc)
• Extensive experience in ERP programme delivery, with a proven track record of success
• Excellent project management and leadership skills
• Excellent reporting writing, communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
• Experience in a consulting environment is not necessary, and strong industry experience could be beneficial
