Why choose a KPMG apprenticeship?
You might think a career in professional services calls for a degree, but at KPMG we look at the whole picture to assess potential - we'll view academic results alongside your commitment to learn and your ambition to develop and grow. Throughout each of our programmes, apprentices are supported to achieve professional qualifications such as diplomas and degrees.
We offer a wide range of apprenticeships right across our firm. We have dedicated Audit and Software Engineering Apprenticeships, along with our KPMG360°, KPMG360° Digital and KPMG360° Business Services programmes; offering a broad overview of our firm so you can decide where your skills and passions best fit.
Life with us means being part of a collaborative, supportive team. And as well as leading to formal qualifications, our structured training is designed to develop a range of core skills that could be the foundation of a successful, long-term career with us.
All of our apprentices and graduates are enrolled into The Academy – a unique learning community that enables people to make connections not just for today, but also for their career ahead. It’s an environment in which new friendships are formed and networks are grown.
We’re big believers that a great idea can come from anyone within our firm, so our apprentices are highly valued and given a say in what we do and how we do it.
We welcome individuality too. This is an environment where everyone is encouraged to be themselves. It’s a chance to create your extraordinary future.
