As an Assistant Manager within KPMG's Cyber and Digital Health team, you will help healthcare organisations strengthen cyber resilience, meet evolving regulatory expectations and deliver secure technology-enabled transformation. You will lead workstreams across complex healthcare cyber engagements, supporting clients to assess and improve cyber capability, respond to DSPT-CAF requirements, strengthen governance and risk management, and embed cyber resilience across digital health programmes.

As an Assistant Manager specialising in Digital Health Technology Adoption and Change, you will help healthcare organisations maximise value from digital investments by ensuring technologies are not only implemented, but adopted, embedded and used effectively by frontline teams. You will combine knowledge of healthcare technologies with practical change, adoption and engagement skills to support NHS Trusts and wider health and care organisations in delivering measurable operational, clinical and workforce outcomes.

The Role

KPMG’s Energy and Natural Resources (“ENR”) tax practice covers Oil and Gas, Mining, Power and Utilities (including renewables) and Chemicals. As our clients are facing unprecedented change with the energy transition and fiscal uncertainty our ENR tax and legal practice is growing significantly.   

Our clients comprise some of the largest global ENR clients, covering both UK headquartered and inbound groups. Our work covers deal advisory support, international tax and domestic tax advice.  A successful candidate would have opportunities to work across these areas. Working collaboratively across the KPMG network, our work often involves advice on multiple countries, taxes, and work streams.

Our work in the tax advisory space includes supporting clients with business and fiscal change. This can include advising on new jurisdiction entry, the development of new business areas, business reorganisations, refinancing and leasing as well as the impact of windfall taxes and global fiscal change (e.g. BEPS 2.0 Pillar 2).
