Role Summary

• Working with the Global Consumer, Retail and Leisure Sector Head, you will support in:
• Driving strategic growth across the Consumer, Retail and Leisure sector
• Promoting our brand in the market
• Publishing strong points of view and compelling thought leadership
• Being the market voice in solution development and leading on development and execution of bridge campaigns for the sector

Supporting and holding to account Global Lead Partners and Country leaders within the Consumer, Retail and Leisure sector for growth.

This exciting role is within our London Region Corporate Tax Advisory & Compliance team, based in our Canary Wharf office. 

Our clients include UK headquartered businesses and inbound groups across a range of sectors. 

Our work in the tax advisory space includes supporting clients with business and fiscal change. This can include advising on new jurisdiction entry, the development of new business areas, business reorganisations, tax authority enquiries, pre/post transaction reorganisations, refinancing, cash repatriation, interest deductibility and the impact global fiscal change (e.g. BEPS Pillar 2).

We work as a hybrid team where we get together in the office or at client sites at least twice a week to collaborate and learn together, with flexibility over how you spend the rest of your time.

We provide in-depth strategic and technical advice on corporate finance and corporate financial management, regulatory finance, regulatory policy, business and financial planning, cost assessment and benchmarking as well as in other areas directly affecting value. Our work combines elements of policy, finance, strategy and economics to assist our clients in structuring investments, securing financing, supporting regulatory regimes and maximising shareholder value. We are widely recognised by many industry stakeholders as market leaders influencing the future of the utilities sector.
