What will you be doing?

  • Deep understanding of ERP platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics. Experience of other Supply Chain technology platforms such as Oracle would be beneficial.
  • Lead and manage Supply Chain technology projects and/or workstreams for our Priority and/or Mid-Market clients in various sectors.
  • Detailed knowledge of Supply Chain processes – including Sales and Operational Planning, Transport Management, Warehouse Management, Network Optimisation, Source to Pay, Supplier Risk Management, and Contract Management.
  • Experience designing and implementing Supply Chain operating model changes as part of transformation programmes.
  • Experience of delivering change management strategies in complex multi-business unit/multi-geographical environments would be an advantage.
  • Contribute towards practice development to improve existing, and identify new, Powered propositions and solutions and assets.

 

What will you need to do it?

  • Experience in deploying Supply Chain technology solutions across clients in various sectors.
  • Experience undertaking and leading elements of transformation programmes, including the implementation and deployment of technology that transforms the way clients manage their Supply Chain operations.
  • Experience in developing transformation roadmaps, which include well-supported solutions to complex operational challenges.
  • Experience working as a workstream lead on large engagements or as a project manager on smaller scale engagements.
  • Experience communicating compelling and well-thought-out results and recommendations from analysis of complex datasets to a range of audience types.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.

  • Highly effective stakeholder management and relationship building skills; credible and confident with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience working with corporate organisations in Retail and CPG.
  • Technical expertise in experience design principles, methodologies, and tools.
  • Commitment to staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in experience design.
