Senior Manager – Legal Managed Services (Contracting Solution Delivery Lead)
Reports to: Director, Legal Managed Services
Location: UK (Travel Required)
Role Summary:
The Senior Manager supports the Director by managing and delivering complex client transitions and transformations in contracting services from pre-sales through transition and implementation. Under the Director's guidance, you will lead detailed aspects of the sales and transition phases, including process mapping, pricing structure development, technology requirement confirmation, and RFP response preparation.
Key Responsibilities:
Developing detailed process maps and optimised future-state solutions
Confirming technology requirements (CLM, Gen-AI), managing data migration and integration
Developing pricing structures and contributing to proposal and pitch material creation
Stakeholder engagement and conflict resolution
Coordinating internal mobilisation teams (operations, HR, tech)
Project governance, status reporting, and risk management
Assisting in strategic client pursuits
Leading or contributing to the development of pricing models using internal calculators, including modelling delivery costs, team structure variations across geographies, inflation, FX fluctuations, and technology implications over multi-year terms
Aligning pricing strategy with opportunity goals, including consideration of outcome-based or value-linked pricing models
Qualifications:
Demonstrated experience across the managed services lifecycle, including pre-engagement (sales), contracting, and service delivery phases
Experienced in managing transitions in legal managed services or contracting engagements
Background in consulting, outsourcing, or transformation projects
Strong project management skills and excellent stakeholder engagement
Bachelor's degree required, MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification (e.g. MSc in Management, Law, or Legal Technology) advantageous
