This programme is aimed primarily at students of Black Heritage seeking an insight into a career in Audit. This programme is the perfect opportunity for you to learn more about our business and develop your professional skills – it could even lead to an offer for an autumn 2021 Audit graduate programme.
You’ll have the chance to meet people from Audit who make KPMG an inspiring place to work and explore our variety of opportunities available. Over three days you'll network with our colleagues, learn more about what we do and the difference we make to the companies we work with, and the communities we work in. This is a fantastic opportunity to fast-track yourself through our recruitment process. Whilst on the programme, you'll have the opportunity to take an assessment, and if successful, secure a position on one of our 2021 graduate Audit Programmes.
We’re looking for individuals from any degree discipline who are curious, ambitious and passionate about a career in Audit. You can be in your final year or have graduated already from university.

Programme length: 3 days
As a general rule, you'll be expected to meet the following requirements (*or equivalents):
- Minimum grade B GCSE* or 5-6 Maths
- Minimum grade B GCSE* or 5-6 English Language
- Minimum of 120 UCAS points* under the 2017 tariff point system at A Level
- Obtained/on track to achieve a 2:1 degree in any discipline*
Please note that we only consider a candidate's 'top' 3 A Level grades and do not accept General Studies.

Additional important information
This is a 3 day paid Insight programme. You will be paid a salary equivalent to the living wage salary.
